Embracing this fosters inclusivity, enhances innovation, and allows for the development of more diverse and dynamic teams, ultimately leading to a more creative and successful work environment.

Companies are embracing diversity of identities such as race, gender, age and cultural background - hiring a diverse workforce has a multitude of benefits like gaining a variety of perspectives and experiences.
