OUR PATH TO STILL CHILL
Born in Germany to Iranian parents, our deep-rooted curiosity around culture, identity, and belonging sparked a relentless pursuit for understanding. With a shared passion for psychology, we discovered a sad truth - adequate mental health care isn't always accessible, and the online world is full of misinformation. We also realised that the needs of marginalised communities are disproportionately underserved and misunderstood, leaving a profound impact on relationships, work life and overall wellbeing.
Our work is not just about teaching or delivering workshops and training; it's about connecting and empowering individuals to show up as their best selves, whilst also advocating for healthier systems.
Outside of the corporate setting, we facilitate a free 6-week mindfulness and self-compassion course for SWANA (South West Asia and North Africa, also known as the Middle East) Women and Queer folks. Our community spans across the globe, and continues to grow every year.
Together, we aim to create spaces where understanding flourishes, cultures intersect, and everyone can find solace, growth, and acceptance. Join us on this path as we weave together the tapestry of mental health, culture, and compassion, one story at a time.
